By accessing or using Tapfill ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use the Service.
Tapfill provides AI-powered comment and caption generation tools for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Threads. The Service is available via: • Web application at tapfill.io • Android mobile application • Chrome browser extension
To use Tapfill you must: • Create an account using Google or social login • Provide accurate information • Be at least 13 years of age • Keep your login credentials secure You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree NOT to use Tapfill to: • Generate spam or mass unsolicited comments • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal • Impersonate other individuals or organisations • Violate the terms of service of any social media platform • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service • Use automated scripts to abuse the Service • Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Payments are processed by Razorpay • Subscriptions renew automatically each month • You can cancel at any time from your billing page • No refunds for partial months used • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Content generated by Tapfill is produced by AI models • Tapfill does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of generated content • You are responsible for reviewing content before posting • You retain ownership of content you post using Tapfill-generated text • Tapfill retains the right to use anonymised usage data to improve the Service
The Tapfill Chrome Extension: • Requires access to social media pages to function • Does not collect your social media passwords or private messages • May stop working if social media platforms change their interface • Is provided as-is with no guarantee of continuous availability
• Tapfill name & logo is Trademark protected and owned by Tapfill • You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service • User-generated content remains owned by the user
• Tapfill aims for high availability but does not guarantee uptime • We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features • Monthly limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: • Violate these Terms of Service • Engage in fraudulent activity • Abuse the Service or other users You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@tapfill.io
Tapfill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapfill shall not be liable for: • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of data or profits • Third-party platform changes that affect the Service
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tapfill after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
